This is a great park if you're looking to fish, run, walk, or just relax. The playground is great for kids, and when they have the SpedieFest in August, it is filled with hot air balloons.

Hi! Sorry, I'm not sure. I don't have kids so I don't really pay attention to that area. I'm mostly on the outer walkways. If I get over there soon, I'll have a look and let you know!

607-778-6541 is the listed number for the park. these things can change quickly so I would call them with any questions, opposed to asking on Trip Advisor.
