I would consider myself a young, somewhat in-shape adult. We climbed the fifth peak and it was certainly more challenging than I had anticipated. It was a steep, steady incline with loose rocks most of the way up. The views at the top were spectacular....More

Echo what Jim my said. This will test your medal. I have hiked marcy and this is much more difficult both in stamina and techicality. Give yourself lots of time if your hiking all the peaks
