The hike up to the overlook is easy and very nice view from the top. My nephew loves fishing the frogs out of the pond and then releasing them. Ask for a net to borrow. Lots of fun.

We arrived at 10am (on a Wednesday) and thought the place was closed. Nobody was there, not even employees (well, there were, we just didn't see them). We checked out the butterfly area which was small but very cute for my kids ages 4 and...More

We absolutely LOVE this place!! My girls spend hours here every year catching frogs and enjoying a program or two. This was our first stop this year and my 4 year old hasn't stopped asking to go again.

The property is very nice with a number of things to do and learn. Most fascinating to me was the Butterfly exhibit. There were hundreds of Butterflies flying.

We have a toddler and wanted to cut back on costs during a short trip while keeping her busy. This was inexpensive, fun and had plenty of sensory activities, coloring and books in the Museum, honey bees in the Auditorium, tad poles, frogs and plenty...More

Enjoyed walking the trails in the woods and the overlook of Lake George and the immediate mountains on a warm day. The crews were in full gear preparing for the summer children's educational program ... wonderful for the community and visitors.
