Took the boys to this free state park, knowing it had a stream and a waterfall. We drove to the back parking lot, where the trailhead marker was. You can just walk down to the falls, as you can hear them, but we wanted to...More

It is free to use the park. It is small, so the park can get filled up quickly on nice days. The reason everyone comes is to enjoy the falls. But there are some great other sights along the trails.

Fun place to explore. You can do a short walk right to the base of the falls. Best to see it in the Spring, when there is a maximum amount of water flowing. But a Fall trip is interesting to see what's behind the falls....More

4 stars for the water. 2 stars for the facilities. The falls are gorgeous. Not only the main falls, but the smaller stream is nice as well. This is a day use only park. No camping. The pavilion is nice. The fire pits and picnic...More

Delta Lake State Park is 15-20 minutes away, south of Pixley. Otherwise, look in Boonville area (Stysch’s and Rocky’s are two).
