This was a beautiful walk around the pond. The scenery is terrific and there were a good number of birds and other wildlife to see. The trails were fairly easy although there were a couple rough spots and a few hills; nothing really problematic though. It took us about an hour and a half to walk the 1.8 mile loop because we chose to sit on a number of the benches along the trail and just absorb the scenery. I would absolutely recommend it but bring a hat if it is a sunny day; the walk is mostly in the sun.

I enjoyed a social distancing walk here with a friend. So peaceful! Good combination of narrow wooded trails and wide open grassy paths..lovely views of this pond which is quite big. Saw kayakers and people fishing. Small parking area. Some benches and picnic areas. Trail maps are posted and information is also on their website. Don't forget to check for ticks.

The area features several reasonably well-groomed hiking trails around scenic and delightful pond. It's hilly in spots, and, in the spring it does get kind of muddy, so waterproof boots are a good idea. While I cannot cite specific trail distances, a relaxed circuit of the pond should take you less than an hour.

A great nature walk in Spring, Summer and Fall. Most of the trails are mowed grass instead of dirt. Meandering among the fields of grass and hay bales is a back-to-nature experience. There is ample parking. Dogs must be on leashes and cleaned up after (do not forget the bags). The walk is easy-to-moderate with some rolling hills.
