If you are visiting Buffalo, this park is a must visit. The trails are very clearly marked and easy to navigate. One section is all elevated boardwalk, which makes it handicap accessible. The wildlife is very active in this park. During the summer, there are lots of softball and baseball games. Fall brings little league football. There are two nice playgrounds for the kids and a special section for children with disabilities. There are also a lot of geocaches in the lark. I’m a big fan of this Western NY gem.

07/26/20 we have been walking a lot through this pandemic and we found this great walking trail and park. It is a really nice feather in the cap for the local residents. As you also know we also have recorded the hottest month of July on record for WNY. We got hear in the morning. It was very relaxing to walk through the woods in the shade of all the trees, with a nice breeze rushing through. The trail is very well kept. We also saw a lot of birds and squirrels. The only sad thing is the number of dead Ash trees that are in the Forrest . Recommend for walks on a hot day! Enjoy!

I've been walking this park at least once a week for the last 32 years.yesterday I walked with a mask so to protect myself and others. It was more.crowded than I ever saw in the past. It was impossible to maintain a safe physical distance. Let's start caring for each other and.at least wear something that covers your nose and mouth It was not safe especially for the elderly I saw a woman dive into the.wkkds out of fear when people got close. Please be considerate. Thank you

Nice clean park. Parking can be an issue. Used shelter 4. Many different things to do. Perfect for a birthday party.

I cannot sufficiently express how I feel about the Losson Nature Trails at Stiglmeier Park in Cheektowaga. I so much regret that it is a 40 minute drive for me. Today was my first time. The trails are well marked, a great map is provided and in addition to a lovely pond and beautiful trees, there is wildlife!!! We saw several deer! What a bonus this was. And it is all FREE!!!!!
