Very beautiful & relaxing. Only spent a couple of minutes there because it was cold but will definitely go back in the Spring & have a picnic.

Great place to picnic or check out while seeing the Jack O'Lantern Blaze! Make sure to walk up to the bridge to see the reservoir views, too.

Beautiful place to go. People come here from, taking walks to taking pictures for their wedding. You can picnic here to snow sledding in here too. GREAT PLACE

If you mean off-leash as being dog friendly, the answer is no. Leashed dogs are welcome. Please take any dog leavings with you when you leave.
