The Queens Zoo is the opportunity to take a day to engage in wildlife and interact with farm animals. Its small but children of all ages love this.

Took my 3 grand-kids on a summer afternoon. They enjoyed all the animals; especially getting up close to and feeding the farm animals. Also nearby is the Playground for All Children, where we spent the remainder of the day.
