Although the Tiffany lamp collection was very nice, my feeling is that the star of the museum is the panoramic map of the five boroughs. It was so interesting to see it in person, because I had seen snippets of it in the movie The...More

The Panorama is very nice and the room with the stain glass display is fabulous. There is a lot of construction, however.

The museum itself would be a two without this exhibit. When I was there pretty much everything, except this panorama, was closed and it looked more like a cool event space. Admission is a suggested 8$. The panorama is awesome, especially if you live in...More

This is a good place to go if you’re in the area. The panorama is really cool and fun to really study. Otherwise there isn’t much to look at.

I spent my whole afternoon with all the inspiring arts in here. Staffs are very friendly and the space is great. It's not close from the subway though.

I found the museum to be surprisingly interesting, covering a wide range of artists as well as art styles. Located in the middle of the beautiful Flushing Corona park, it provides a sense of harmony and incentivizes an initiative to learn all about the expositions,...More

Stopped by for a visit while on vacation in New York. There are many interesting displays to enjoy but the model of New York was by far my favorite.

The NYC Panorama, every building in the city, is a unique experience. Use the internet to find hours, days open, and current exhibits.

My husband and I came here while visiting Flushing Meadows Park mainly to see the small scale replica of all 5 boroughs housed in the museum. The museum is very beautiful itself: very clean lines, bright space, really showcasing the art it is housing. The...More

I'd say two hours is plenty, unless you have a lot of interest in a particular exhibit. Be sure to visit the funky little gift shop--lots of great stuff.
