Pail Shop Vineyards opened in 2014 to offer locally grown, small-batch wine in a unique and beautiful setting. Our goal is to create distinctive and delicious wines with grapes from our local area. We currently focus on Traminette, a cold-hearty hybrid of the German grape Gewurztraminer. Our tasting list includes white, red and rose wines ranging from dry to moderately sweet.

Tasting of all wines costs $6 but if you buy a bottle of wine its free. Server was very knowledgable and nice. Wines are on the drier side for those who like dry wines.

The wines are very good and they offer a nice assortment. My husband and I have been there twice and we have left with multiple bottles both times. We are looking forward to going back. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable about wine.

The wine here was great, the server was really odd. He was entertaining, but very flustered and talkative. We found him amusing, but also a bit aggrivating, but that could have been the heat making us a bit irritable. The tasting room is an indoor/outdoor situation,so there was no...More
