Anse Severe is lovely long beach oposite to Praslin. You can find there turtles strolling along the beach and sometimes some wedding
Beach i recommend you to visit afternoon, because the water level is low in the morning.
We lived 200m from this beach so it was easy to go there.
The beach is not deep and it is rocky. Not for swimming. There are small sandy spots and
the water can be very hot at daytime. Not refreshing. As I sat in...More
It was by far my favorite beach we visited in the Seychelles. We biked from our hotel all along the coast til we arrived at Anse Sereve. We were up and out early, so for a long time we have the entire beach to ourselves,...More
This beach is calm and offer shadow under the trees. The water is shallow and max 1m high by high tide. During low tide there is no water. Refreshment is possible to buy near the beach. Coconuts, shakes....Shoes to the water are mandatory.
The majority of Sey beaches are secluded, pretty much empty with no or very scarce facilities in terms of food and bars around.

There are enough shady spots on the beach and a restaurant on the other side of the...More

Nice quiet beach not far from Passé. This was the favorite spot for our family. However for family snorkeling I strongly recommend a boat trip. Apart from high water the edge before deeper water is too challenging even for adults apart from high tide
We spent a wunderful day at Anse Servere. It was perfect for our child and we had perfect snorkeling conditions. It was our favorite beach on the island. There is enough space, it's quiet, a few cocktail bars are also available. And it's very easy...More
