Good large amount of beach to come too not too far from hotel, beware some hassle might be found in some areas. Good fruit and drink bars nearby too.

Beach clean spacious although sea can be a bit rough for swimming. Juice man and fruit ladies on beach, and horse riding available. Some beach sellers but not as bad as it used to be . Been here on and off for over 20 years....More

lovely sandy beaches, although you do get pestered by traders trying to sell anything from fruit to beach towels but will go away if told you not interested. also security on beach so can alert them if problem

There are lions at Fathala in Senegambia, captive lions raised by men, you can do a walk with them, and photograph them, something to think carefully about?!
