Fantastic place for nature lovers. The wall mural is stunning. They even provide a viewing area with binoculars.

Depending how much walking you want to do 1 hour should be enough. They have some art work in the reception building and a nice path around the main pond. Didn't see many birds but a calm location

A beautiful place to visit, nice people, great mission. Find when they have tours, unless you already know about birds yourself! Ok for families, too, although kids need to pace and be as silent as adults..

The lab is the premier bird center in the US, if the world. It is a modernistic building in Sasuke Woods. It is free, and one can visit certain areas on the first and second floors. In the theater on select different videos to view....More

did not visit this part of Cornell but got a tour from my nephew on what he does at Cornell. Amazing place!

This place was super cool. Fun to walk around. It seems as though the record and play inside the amphitheater all the bird sounds from the birds that are there throughout the year.

Definitely go here to hike the trails and check out the facility, but skip the behind the scenes tour. It was much longer than an hour and fairly boring. Your time is better spent reading the information plaques in the public areas, enjoying the artwork...More
