Small museum that shows the history of trolley car use. You get to travel on a fully restored trolley thru the old section of Kingston waterfront.

Lots of interesting stuff for baby boomers. Museum includes a trolly ride with scenic views. Static display of a 911 PATH train. Have window into shop and an interesting gift shop. Old advertising signs in trolly. Museum is small with a friendly staff

The Trolley Museum certainly tries to be informative and interesting but ultimately fails, the enthusiasm of the volunteers is the shining star and the main reason I rated the museum average instead of poor. The museum offers a short ride on a Trolley (Diesel Powered)...More

Only opened on weekends like the rest of Kingston. Very disappointing. This town is not open for business most of the week which is when we traveled here. This museum was one of the main reasons we came. Such a disappointment!

This place may be small but the information in the museum was very interesting and the trolley ride fun. Everyone who volunteers here is very knowledgeable, including the very helpful young man we encountered who followed us around and told us a lot about, well...More

The visit takes a little effort to get to but well worth it. The collection also includes NYC subway cars. Brings back lots of memories. Staff helped make it a great visit.

This is a interesting, but small museum. Still in development, the museum is housed in the upper floor of a car maintenance building and shows a lot of promise. They also operate a historic trolley service that runs along the Kingston waterfront during the weekends.

Wander through the Trolley Museum (really a yard that has old trolleys, subway cars and street cars), and it will take you back in time. I remember the old subway cars and trolley cars displayed from growing up in Brooklyn, NY. A short walk from...More
