We were in Lake George during Oktoberfest, so the tasting room was extremely busy. We were told that it would be a 30-45 minute wait until we could get a tasting. We were not impressed with their selection of wines.

A good way to get to try the different types and strengths of certain lliquors in a controlled area and amounts. Bottles come in different sizes and make good gifts.

Our very first question, after walking in the door: 'No WAY you are growing your own grapes in this climate!?" And the answer: NO, they do not grow the grapes in the Lake George area. But the winery is located nearby, in Queensbury, so it...More
