This August was the second time I participated in a SCUBA charter with Halfmoon Marine Services. The boat is well maintained, has all the proper safety equipment, includes a marine head, and has tank holders and bungees to keep your tanks from jumping around the boat deck. Frank, the captain, maintains both a sense of humor and the proper decorum... More

My boyfriend and I went diving with Captain Frank Hartley and his wife Betty and two other divers the last weekend in July. Their boat is located at a marina where there is plenty of parking and getting your gear to the boat is very easy. Frank and Betty are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Their new... More
