Thank you for reviewing your visit! We are pleased you liked the new entrance exhibit. It was a lot of work by some very talented local artists to create the painting and fix the aging sculptures by Jack Binder, but was well worth the effort!

Small wooden fort with great exhibits, fun demonstrations and an informative staff. It was a very pleasant surprise! Kids can get all kitted out with vests and muskets. I enjoyed the many exhibits displayed throughout the fort and lived the musket and cannon firing demos.

We had a very good experience visiting the Fort. They have good displays and the person who gave the talk and rifle demo was terrific.

Not sure where the park is. But it's in front of the ferries and boat launch down the road from a major beach area for lake George. In very close to the center of town
