Natalie and Dan are simply amazing. I had a wonderful time with them. Awesome hosts. We had many laughs. I loved my time there and they helped in creating some special memories. I did hiking, climbing and yoga, which I absolutely enjoyed. Dan is good at what he does and loves climbing. I could not have asked for a better person to introduce me to climbing. Had a good time with Natalie doing yoga. Food was awesome. Everything fresh and wholesome. I would definitely recommend them.

Did a yoga session run by Natalie aimed at improving back mobility and I felt so good afterwards! I have done yoga before a little but never been really a fan of it, however, these sessions are simple yet effective at achieving a much more supple body and feeling alive in your body. Plus the positivity of Natalie is amazing. I cannot wait for the next session!

Whether you are into climbing or yoga, you are at the right hand and place with Natalie and Daniel near the Todra gorge. My climbing buddy and myself decided last moment to head out to Morocco and met Natalie and Daniel. They provided great support on the spot, organizing technical gear and topos, providing recommendations for routes (including approaches) and facilitating good food (packed lunch, recommend restaurants and cook food at their place). Todra is a great place to practice climbing for beginners to experienced people, including single and multi-pitch. Daniel is an energetic and positive minded guy, very willing to share his climbing passion with you - so take that opportunity. By coincidence Natalie helped me to reach one of my goals; to touch my toes while keeping my knees straight. This happened during a sunset yoga session on the rooftop of their apartment. This was my first yoga experience, in a pleasant setting Natalie gave her class with great personal support. Thank you! In short; when in Morocco, go to Todra, meet Daniel and Natalie, and I can assure you, you will have a great experience and a good laugh.

My friend and I planned 6 days’ climbing in the Todra Gorge at the last minute after our original plan to ski in Imlil was thwarted by zero snow! We’ve just got back to Marrakesh after 6 nights at Natalie and Dan’s place during which we felt like we gained a new family! Natalie, Michaela and Dan were such warm, helpful hosts, and quickly became close friends. They prepared great breakfasts and dinners and gave great advice about climbs in the gorge; A Secret Garden was a great haven to start and end each climbing day. We were lucky for our stay to coincide with other lovely travellers and climbers - Lara, Rog and Debbie from the UK, Charlotte and Edouard from France... - and with our hosts eating with us it felt like a really close, social community which we’ll remember for a long time to come! The hostel is very clean and comfortable, with a terrace overlooking Julio’s pretty garden and the palmerie... all in all a perfect stay, we couldn’t recommend enough!
