Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Brela stone is nice and something to see if you are in Brela. Keep in mind it's a rock with a couple trees on it. It will Lot wow you, but it's nice nonetheless. Beaches in the area are beautiful. All of them. Pick a spot and relax for the day.

It's a very nice rock where everybody stops by in oder to take a selfie with. The crystal clear water surrounding it has a lot of snorkelers around enjoying the view in the water.

...Which is exactly what we did a few times in the morning. We kayaked to and around the rock and than went snorkelling around the rock.
Plenty of fish and beautiful clear waters.
The rock in itself is just a rock detached from the main land, about 20-30 feet away from the board walk.

Seriously, it is not clear why this is sooooo famous. There are rocks in the water just about every 100 meters in that region.....
Well, looks nice for sure, but the hype is hard to understand

Well worth a walk - beautiful location and what a spectacle this rock is to look at, with pine trees managing to grow all over it!
