The bishops of Narbonne decided that Capestang would be a good location for summer retreats, and so the church in the town square in Capestang is very impressive. It reflects investment, care, and practice. It's worth a visit to see the chandeliers, the beautiful stained...More

Such an imposing building for a village. Found on the main square, it is really worth finding the time to visit.....especially with the guided tour. The explanations of the stained glass panels are fascinating. ....Dominic brings it to life

We enjoyed visiting this church and hope to return for Mass on Sunday. It is not huge, but has a high ceiling and lovely stained glass windows.

No, it's not Notre Dame, but it is peaceful and the stained glass was lovely. Mainly to be enjoyed for that lack of tourist tat and the opportunity to reflect (even if, like me, you don't have a religious bone in your body).

I take this tour in English with Dominique once a week with my French students during the school holidays. The views are amazing, so bring your camera.
