This is such a beautiful place to visit, especially in the summer months, when the boats are out and people are fishing and relaxing at various locations around its shorelines. Be careful as you get into the fall months, as they let water out of...More

There is a village beach, and the water is perfect on a hot summer day. The village of Northville is a great place to catch a meal and just visit a small American experience.

Area is preserved as part of the Adirondack Park and Mountains. It is rich in history and is not overcrowded. Huge lake with places to stay, eat and rent boats. Close enough to Saratoga, if you are looking for culture or nightlife.

The lake itself is fine, however, the small town of Northville would benefit by offering more family activities. We did rent a small motor boat and had a fun time tubing around the lake with our son and his friend. In addition, the library had...More
