Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited as group of 5 organised by the Milton Boutique hotel. Fascinating tour of the grounds, cellar and buildings - it was great to understand the history and traditions being followed in making the numerous wines, and in beautiful surroundings. We were then able to sample a number of the wines on offer with expert guidance provided. Finally, we were given a 3 course lunch with a choice of typical local delicacies - Delicious! We were incredibly well looked after from start to finish and the whole team could not have been friendlier! Well worth a visit!!

We had a big family dinner for my mother-in-law's birthday at the osteria upon arriving in Italy. The prosecco was delicious and the food divine! Family style servings were perfect for everyone to try everything. It really did feel like a family dinner. ♥️ The vegetable lasagna was my favorite!! A few days later we returned with part of our group to do the tour and tasting. We enjoyed walking the grounds of this lovely vintage winery!! The tasting was flexible and we had our choice of wines to try. Local meat and cheeses pared perfectly. I especially loved their extra dry prosecco and the Troj. We bought a box of each to bring home! We highly recommend Ornella Molon!!

Not only the hostess let us taste numerous types of authentic Italian wine, but also treated us with the delicious locally made cheese and crackers! Of course we bought a few boxes of wine and some cheese!

Beautiful location, wine from the winery of the same name (and therefore I don't rate it because the choice is obligatory). I would say to cut the grass if it is used for a promise of marriage.
If you're in September... it's probably hot... and leaving your guests in the sun and standing for 2 hours I'd say doesn't get you any points.
I would add that when working for the high-level catering sector, one should never behave in a rude manner: being a waiter or room manager is not obligatory, therefore I expect the guest to be listened to and if the request is legitimate, satisfied not teased.
If the heat makes you go crazy, it's not the guest's problem.
