This is a small amusement park with rides for young children. The rides are from the 1920s - 1970s and have been fully restored. There is a small beach and the Lakeview village shops nearby.

No, you have to cross a street & walk down to the beach area. It's not connected to the Carousel Park, though not far from it at all. I would call to ensure the beach is open too. Sometimes its closed during the summer.
