I just moved to Rochester and wanted to do something outdoors. I had heard great things about Highland Park, and it didn't disappoint! I got lost inside (ended up on a dead end road) but it was very fun!

Highland offers a place to walk with a friend through flowering trees and lilac bushes, as well as a variety of perrenials throughout the park. There are several benches to sit and talk, and a beautiful view of the south side of the county.

We walked around the park for over an hour. I enjoyed the many flower plantings that were scattered around the park. The trees were also beautiful. We parked along the side of the road - and had no trouble finding parking.
