We were so close to missing Barnstormer before they closed on the day we visited, but they remained open to do our tasting and we had such a great conversation with the staff. They are very personable and I felt like they had a better...More

Another great place for reds! The owner (Scott?) followed us in and was very pleasant and helpful. It's a more cozy spot - especially love the wood bar for tastings. It's a little pricey for Finger Lakes standards, but well worth it. After our tasting,...More

We ALWAYS make a point to stop at Barnstormer. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The wines are great. Jenny white is a favorite for summer. Also purchased several reds to enjoy at home. Barnstormer is a must stop on the trail.

Server was excellent and really knew the wines, grapes, vineyards, etc. We loved the Syrah- rich and noble, but pricey. Dry reds were complex and aged in oak, which made them taste awesome. Newer winery and do not yet have their own grapes. Will return...More

We’ve driven past barnstormer a few times, but hadn’t gone in until this year. We were missing out. Bartender was great and the wines are really good. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Excellent wines, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My favorite winery on Seneca Lake. I especially liked the cabernet franc and semi-dry chardonnay, but even the sweet wines were very good. Stop here. You won't be disappointed!

One of our group wanted to stop here to check out a "boutique" winery. The dry red wines we sampled were surprisingly smooth, and the atmosphere in the old barn was unique. However, the young woman who provided the tasting appeared to wish that she...More

Nicole, we're so sorry to hear the experience was not to your liking. As we were unusually busy at the main bar, we opted for a more efficient experience for your group of 7, rather than offering you our entire list. We've also recognized and...More
