I have enjoyed many days and nights at Congress Park. I started my love of congress park in 1999 when I got married there. The Canfield casino is gorgeous for a special event. I go to congress park often. The fountains are beautiful. The property is perfect for picnic, Shakespeare in park every summer too!

We took a quick walk around Congress Park and sampled water from the three springs there. They really taste different and we always stop at the spring at the State Park on Route 50 as well. The three springs in Congress Park have much less sulfur! Lots of fun and a beautiful spot even on a cold January afternoon. A... More

Sometimes, the winter nights are such that a good walk is warranted. We went to Congress Park and walked after dark. Fact is that the place is well lit; but the other thing was that the place is vastly different in the evening. Spit and Spat although covered had a cool neon lighting over them. The 3 goddess were encased... More

Very nice park in the city for walking, picnicing, children activities, etc. Nearby famous mineral spring fountain. Walking distance to the bustling Broadway for shopping, dining, nightlife. Note: Will be crowded during the horse racing season (last week in July through Labor Day weekend). Only one negative: the pond has a resident population of migratory waterfowl that are constantly fouling... More

Beautiful location for pictures and picnics! The carousel is a favorite and great price to ride (just remember to check the times of operation )

My husband and I love to walk around Congress Park on a nice day. It's easy to grab food nearby or some ice cream and picnic right there. Also a great place to just hang out and read a book or meet friends. I haven't been to the Shakespeare shows or movie nights yet but I've heard great things!

Congress Park is great! There is so much history, there are statues all around it is just simply beautiful. There is the old casino and the duck ponds and the merry go round and the coy fish pond and the wooden bridges. Oh just check it out. :)

Passed through one winter evening and it was very nice. Not well maintained in the winter so we sort of walked through at our own risk and it was very icey in parts but worth the walk
