My wife, father in law and brother in law just visited and were surprised. It was moving and being on the field and standing in the place where the stage was felt eerie and wonderful. Highly recommended stop for people of the sixties and seventies.

Wouldn't even let us in! Drove specifically to see it. No hours are posted anywhere. What a disappointment! Guess we weren't stoned enough for the toasted guy on the road that was blocking the roadway in. Some way to treat people!

We spent about 4-5 hrs reading everything and taking a walk to the actual field- stood where the bands played- Amazing that so many people lived there for that weekend, and all that traffic. They did an excellent job with the facility- all kinds of...More

I didn't know what to expect when our friends said we were going to the Woodstock Museum. I was picturing an old run down place with old worn memorabilia. I was pleasantly surprised! The grounds were beautiful and the museum a gem; very new and...More

We visited the museum today, my 2 young children really engaged in the activities and interactive displays...they really enjoyed it! We will definitely be returning to this museum in the near future.

Quaint little town. Great walk round town to pick up some souvenirs. Don't forget to check out the museum, you won't be disappointed.

We were the only ones this afternoon at the museum, and we received a private tour from Nathan, who owns and runs the Museum. He tells such fascinating stories about the political, spiritual, and cultural reasons behind the notion of Woodstock, that's it's easily visualized....More

I am not able to answer you. I think the couple who own and run the museum travel away during the winter but I am not sure when they leave. You can call as he is very good at returning calls. Good luck.
