I completely recommend this museum if you are an adventurous traveler. It's definitely a trek. 40 minute bus ride from the ferry then a LONG climb up a very steep hill! Beautiful but very small collection! Gardens nice but not the best.

The museum is small but the area is so relax and tranquil. They have a nice gift shop and for $7 for the entrance fee. You can beat it!

Nestled in beautiful Lighthouse Hill, the Tibetan Museum is one of those rare things that still makes NYC what it is; The cultural Center of the U.S. Make it a point to visit this gem
