The Union Station is a magnificent and beautiful structure with amazingly kept original benches and the atmosphere is historic and great. For those who appreciate historical structure engineering...

Beautiful station but the bathrooms were disgusting, filthy and totally unusable. I was shocked at how disgusting the men's room was.

This railroad station is beautiful on the inside and very strong looking on the outside, stop in and admire the wooden benches and the marble columns.

What a beautiful old train station . Visit during the annual toy train show each January. So much fun ! The restaurant is very good , with a full bar and excellent service .

Grand old train station. Really more of a center as Utica has embraced the preservation of the building by adding new life in the form of county offices and making it a place that people would visit. Good job.

Nice old rail station built about the same time period as central station in NYC. These buildings were built with pride.

As far as I know, there aren't any guided tours. The building is shared by the Department of Motor Vehicles, a restaurant, some small shops, and offices. You may walk around on a self guided tour.

Yes, just be sure you're in a long term lot, not the brief time lot.
