Wanted to rent bikes, got the job done. Was greeted kindly enough and helped with a map and ideas. Then brought over to the bikes and helmets and told to pick one of each out, given a bottle of water and sent on our way. Lots of knick knacks and t shirts for purchase. They tout crafts, arts, snacks but... More

We came upon St. Peters Bay Craft and giftware because it was the closet from our hotel and the Confederation Trail. People were very friendly, but we're finding out everyone in Nova Scotia is friendly! The bikes were OK. Helmets didn't fit right after trying on a couple and the owner did not seem anxious to make sure it was... More

Thank you for your review; As you know helmets are included in all bike rentals, so we do care to ensure proper fit of all our equipment. If you were uncomfortable with your helmet, then it would have been replaced immediately. I noted you're husbands complaint about the handlebars which could have happened on the ride. The bike was located... More

St Peter's is a picturesque town to start a morning cycling trip to Greenwich park. The staff is helpful and friendly with choosing a bike and getting off with the appropriate directions and maps. By the time you are back at lunch time, you have some great dining choices to choose from. Parking at the store is free.

We rented four bicycles here (four guys whose size ranged from 5' 7" to 6' 5" and with experience from regularly riding centuries to biking once or twice a year) and rode the Confederation trail west to Red Head Harbor then further west to the St. Peters Harbour Rd and north to the beach. The scenery during the ride was... More

Good Day; thank you for your review of our product. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. The problems you identified are easily recognizable and would have been remedied before you started to ride. If the bike is not to your satisfaction, we have a very large selection of bikes, and would have been happy to exchange the bikes Immediatly... More

We rented bikes for a day here and rode west on the Confederation Trail. There was a good selection of bikes and appeared well maintained (they also supplied helmet and water bottle). Rates were reasonable. We enjoyed the ride along the Bay and through fields. The trail is well maintained; some loose stone areas not great for the road bikes... More

We took our grandson, who was visiting, with us to make pewter jewelry. This is a complete experience. You pick out your design from a large book. They then get the mold for your design. Bev, the crafter, shows you how to prepare the mold and place it in the centrifuge. You then pour molten pewter into the mold as... More

I had a great experience renting bikes here. The trails are outstanding. I am so happy with the photos from St. Peters Bay area. I almost lost my valuable camera. For some reason, I left the camera at the the Craft store and Bike rental. To my relief, when I called the owner, he found the camera and offered to... More

This place might look like a typical craft store but it's an experience not just a store. To begin with, this location is one of the prettiest ever. The bay is beautiful. The scenery is lovely. And there is more to the Craft store than expected. The master crafter shows you how the pewter jewellery is made and she even... More
