This company offers so many awesome trips and treks, there will be something to suit almost everyone. Adrenaline junkies with mountain biking trips or 4 girls celebrating 40th birthday - like us!
I booked a full day excursion for my small group, just 4 of us.
We wanted to do some trekking and some camel ride, see the mountains and lovely villages including Imlil.
The whole booking service was very efficient and easy, as was paying for a small deposit via PayPal upfront.
Very professional team, our guide for the day Abdul was great, he looked after us 4 girls very well, nothing was too much trouble. We were driven about in a very well equipped 4x4 vehicle with very safe driving. We stopped off for lunch in Imlil and had the most amazing views for a lunch fit for queens!
We also had a camel trek, but decided to change our itinerary on the day due to short of time on our trip but again this was no problem to Abdul and Hamid.
I have already recommended them to other people and will definitely use them again for future trips to Morocco.

We have booked the “3 Days 3 Valleys” Tour with Imlil Trekking in mid April 2024. Before the trip we had a good communication with the tour operator, Hamid, via email and whatsapp. He was attentive to give us recommendations on what to bring and answered our questions. The pick up in Marrakesh was punctual and efficient.
We were fortunate to have an excellent tour guide (Hassan) and a chef/muleteer (Lashe). Hassan was always attentive to our pace, breaks and the best route. He explained many things about the region, shared snacks with us and we felt very safe with him. Lashe was the best chef, he prepared delicious lunches and dinners, always looking for the best place to rest. We were amazed by his hospitality and efficiency, he did a very good job during the 3 days. My boyfriend had problems with his shoulder on the second day and Hassan immediately modified the itinerary to lessen the strain. The two nights we spent during the tour were spent in nice and clean guesthouses. The hosts were friendly and prepared delicious breakfasts.
There are no ATM's in Imlil (which we didn't know) and Hamid was kind enough to lend us some cash, which we returned when we were able to go to the ATM on the way back to Marrakesh.
In conclusion our experience with Imlil Trekking was excellent and we highly recommend the agency for any tour around Imlil!

We did the 3 days Toubkal winter ascent. One night at the refuge, one night at a lovely guest house close to Imlil. Amazing trip. Very well organized. We were welcomed by the owner Hamid who explained everything well
Our tour guide Hassan took very well care of us and we felt safe and well guided throughout the whole trip. Went above and beyond to help us make the summit, which was not the easiest hike. Most of the hiking is in the first 2 days, the last day you can choose how much/hard you want to hike.
Food was great and more than enough.
The whole team tried to cater for all of our needs and gave us options, for example to stay another night in the refuge if we are too tired to go all the way down. Thanks to Hamid and Hassan for making this an unforgettable trip.

We did a 6 day hike through Berber villages with Hassan (our guide), Ahmed and Jacqueline (our mule). Even though we didn't get to ascent Toubkal as we had initially planned, the scenery was stunning and I can highly recommend this tour. Ahmed cooked incredible meals and went out of his way to make this an amazing experience for us food wise (we even got popcorn and fries on some days). Hassan was knowledgeable and always with a smile on his face. It was a real pleasure to be in his company.

3 Days Berber Villages Trek with Hamid Idblaid Great Tour Guide
This was an excellent tour and an amazing experience. The Riad was a great stay before the hike with the owner being very welcoming and cooking delicious food. Our guide Hamid was fantastic and welcoming as he expertly took us up to the peak and back. He was patient, calm and made us all feel safe from start to finish. His english was excellent which allowed for many conversations as the journey was undertaken. I would highly reccomend this trip to anyone seeking an adventure outside of the usual tours

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip, it was well organised and very professional, everything was seamless! Our guide Lahcen was very professional, friendly and gave us lots of great information about the villages and the mountains. Our cook Mustafa made us delicious meals every day - the portions were huge! Being January it can be very cold at night but we were provided with lots of blankets. We cannot recommend this tour enough, the area is beautiful and the company very professional. Thank you Lahcen!

We just completed a 5 day Berber village trek in the Atlas Mountains with Imlil Trekking.
From start to finish they were incredibly friendly and helpful to our group of six .
The tour itself was well organised and our guide Hassan spoke excellent English, had amazing local knowledge and kept us all safe .
The guesthouses were clean and comfortable and 2 even had wifi .
The food was always lovely and fresh and prepared each day by hand including the bread . The chef and muleteer worked incredibly hard alongside our guide to make sure we were well looked after .
One of our group had a knee injury and was transported at times by mule , and on the last day we were given the mule again at no extra charge to help .
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming in the Mountains and it's an amazing experience to spend a few days here.
Imlil Trekking is one of many Trekking companies, but they really do look after there guests , even loaning cash to our group for a few days till we could reach an ATM . They are a great tour company and I highly recommend them .

Our guides Lahcen And Hamid was really welcoming, we got fresh food cooked for us and the hike was really nice. The sunrise at the peak was definitely worth the tough last day. I recommend to do the tour in 3 days if you are fit, the first 3 days were quite easy going.

What a fantastic day treking in The High Atlas Mountains in Morocco! A must do if you visit Marrakesh as not too far away. 5 stars all the way from Imlil Treking from the very first enquiry Hamad has responded quickly and answered all our many questions as to where we could trek, the altitude and the length etc. They have been so helpful at every stage , even organising our transport from Marrakesh and for our onward journey post trek from Tamatert which is close to Imlil. Our guide Hassan was really wonderful - being informative about our walk as well as Morocco and going at a great pace . We had a wonderful lunch up the top of the mountain with him and he was great fun company with excellent English . I really can’t rate this company highly enough and being in tourism myself (I own Four Seasons Campers campervans hire in Scotland) I really rate this level of service. Please book with them and enjoy this fabulous immersive experience!! 5 star!

We have just returned from Morrocco and by far the day trip to Imlil with this company andMr ameed was AMAZING. The highlight of the few days we were away with breathtaking scenery..
I left this to a bit last minute and after checking these reviews I contacted Mr Hameed the day before and he swiftly arranged a pick up for the next morning from our Hotel in Marrakech. Nothing was too much trouble..
Mr Hameed organised a tour guide JAMAL who spoke perfect English and took us through the route which not many other guides would know of.. up to the waterfall.. and through the beautiful scenery and amazing landscape. A true local lad who was born and raised in Imlil. Friendly chit chat between learning about the history of the Berber villages and people.. If you have a chance ask for Jamal..
The experience was amazing and we stopped in Mr Hameed's village and house where his beautiful family prepared lunch for us and ate authentic Tagine and the freshest food with amazing views of Mount Toukbal! ..A surprise birthday cake and a small gift was given to me and that just goes to show the hospitality of the Berber people..
I cannot express how much of a breath taking experience this is and if you are reading this do not delay and book with Mr Hameed. You will be in safe hands!
