My girlfriend and I were on our way to Arashi beach and came across Boca Catalina. The water was so clear we we just had to check this place out! I did see someone renting beach chairs but we just grabbed our snorkeling gear and jumped in. Fish were swimming up to me while I was putting on my fins... More

This beach has some awesome snorkeling. So much so that I went here 2 times in 5 days. I saw a vast amount of different species of fish. The snorkel boats come here so that tells you it is a great spot. The beach is nice, there are no facilities but otherwise, this beach is awesome!!! I snorkeled here, then... More

Great snorkeling, nice and beautiful spot, not crowded. White sand, 2 pelicans as quiet companions ;-) Be aware of mosquitos after sunset though.

Boca Catalina was a very good place for snorkeling. We went two difference days and the fish were plentiful. The water is clear and safe. I wore water shoes as the entrance in and out is on rocks. Several smaller children were learning to snorkel at the entrance.

It is one of the best snorkeling places in Aruba. I like that it is not very developed like other beaches in hotel zone. For swimming, you need swimming sacks or beach shoes.

From the shore road heading towards the California Lighthouse, this small beach (at the first sharp bend) is between Malmok and Arashi beaches. There is parking for about a dozen small cars, several palapas (shade coverings) and steps down a small grade to the water. This area is a little rocky, due to the adjacent reef area with numerous fish.... More

Catalina Cove is just south of Boca Catalina beach and is a wonderful place to snorkel. There are just a few places where you can avoid the sun at this popular spot, but you do not have to venture far into the water to see oodles of fish. A lot of the snorkeling excursions visit this spot, so the fish... More

I've been here snorkeling with my boyfriend and we have seen a lot of beautiful fishes! When you lay very stil, the fishes will come closer to you. You will see most of the fishes near the rocks. It was also an amazing experience to feed the fishes! They are not so shy! I would definitely recommend this place for... More

I went on my own, at the suggestion of the dive shack folks on Palm Beach. There were some pretty fish, but as far as reefs go, it was less impressive than others I've seen in other parts of the world. Didn't try any other locations in Aruba so I don't have a comparison. Many boats seem to bring snorkel... More

This is a beach where many of the locals choose to go. The water is great and it the favorite place for snorkeling. Unfortunately the reefs are dying and there are not as much fish as before.
