Nice long beach near Gamboa village, quieter than all others on the other side with fewer services yet quite attractive. If you're staying in Morro, hike to it, swim and then take the boat back if you wish.

This is the beach that you see when you arrive by boat or catamaran to Morro de Sao Paulo Island. This side of the island is more tranquil than the party intensive second and third beach of Morro de Sao Pauo
