Visited dunes de concon with a friend. Once you get on the top the view is awesome. We could hear the sea lions screaming on the rocks down the beach. There was a nice view to Valparaiso. Some people rented a snowboard to go down...More

With high rise developments all around the dunes are a remarkable natural survivor in this part of the World. New developments seem to be encroaching even further.

Truly a beautiful place for sunset. A good quick hike up to the top up. You can see a very long distance down to Valparaiso. Most of the people stick to the main dune summits on the south side. However, you can walk over to...More

It’s incredible how dunes can be so close to the city! You feel as if you are not into the city! It is beautiful and just beside the water which adds up the breathtaking views!

Though visible from miles away down the Vina and Valparaiso coast, it is worth the effort to drive to the Dunes and see them from the highway above and the coastal road below. A nice 90 minute excursion from the city. The coastal drive back...More

The dunes are beautiful! We spent a cloudy morning with the kids running up and down the dunes, taking pictures, sandboarding and relaxing. One of the rocks below was covered with seals (or maybe sea lions - hard to tell from far away), who would...More

Excellent place to enjoy a beautiful view to the ocean and if you want to have fun and slide you can rent the boards to do it for less than $ 2.00. Kind of hard to find a parking space. I will recommend this place...More

HI, Pretty sure, no. I saw no motorized vehicles nor did I see any evidence (tracks in the sand or signs). I walked around the southern half and saw no rentals. *Should have included in my review that I saw no public... More

Nope. Lots of boards available. Show up, give them 1000 pesos and off you go.
