Remote and Beautiful

Definitely worth the drive to this amazingly beautiful spot. Not only a great place to visit, for those who like to camp there is a small camping area adjacent to the beach

This was just a lovely beach to walk around on and take in the fantastic views and the great water colour. Very relaxing thing to do on the way to Albany.

After our disappointing camping trip last year, we decided to give Shelley Beach another go. While camping in Winter is cold, it does have the great bonus of having the place to ourselves. We spent three glorious peaceful days relaxing and beach walking. Our tents needed a lot of extra line as the wind was strong, but the solitude and... More

We camped here at a very cold time and it was great. Camp spot right near the beach. We were the only ones camping the night. Beautiful beach and camp ground. Long drop toilet available. Gas bottle was missing from the BBQ. I can imagine it would be very busy in summer

Sensational view as you wind down the hill to the beach , hang gliders use the top in summer to fly around. Good fishing for herring and whiting of the beach and Salmon during the winter months.

They should rename this beach to NO shells as there ain't any to be found . But it is a pretty beach right at the end of the road very popular with campers in tents and for fishing from the beach lots of rabbits a few Roos about. It has toilets and parking ....

Well worth the drive into this beach. Scenery is spectacular whichever direction you look. Go up to the lookout with the hang glider platforms and take it all in. Beautiful beach, whitest sand and blue water. Good for swimming and fishing. Small camp ground. Toilets.

Spent the day out and about in albany our visit to cape howe national park was amazing like always, the roads in can be a good bumpy ride and a few extra bolts lose, some on hills would be hard with 2wd but it is posssible, as always a beautiful beach with plenty of other people around

Shelley Beach is one of my favourite beaches in the Albany area, and I always enjoy coming here. Here's some of the things I love about it: 1. The scenic drive: To get here, you need to take the road into West Cape Howe National Park. It is a gravel road, and can be very corrugated at times unfortunately, but... More
