A relatively new development & still a little "raw & sterile" with many vacant building lots Need to attract more activity the area such as bar/ coffee shop

The marina and quays really surprised us with the layout and construction. The only thing missing was a coffee shop.

A great place to stay in Exmouth. Restraunt, bar and coffee all within walking distance of the marina. All the facilities the social or serious fisherman needs as well.

Great fishing spot - good sized Bream must be over 32cm no problems. Walked around canals, protection from wind. Sadly no cafe open though a coffee would've been nice. Nemos only open 4 days per week
