A perfect day to visit when it’s raining... Such a great learning journey... We learnt so much about green bushes and surrounding areas. Greenbushes is definitely an interesting town.. A real historic place. Well worth a visit to appreciate the history..

Worth every bit of the $5 entry fee. Hit pot luck turning up on a Wednesday - open 3 days per week. Interactiveness of the presentations are stunning - lots of video and surprises on Mining - timber - farming and more on display. Worth...More

The outside of the Greenbushes Discovery Centre doesn't give any indication of what special effects await your visit. thiscentreprovides extensive information on the Mining and forestry industries in the area. It also identifies wildlife and trees in the area.This town produces 80% of the world's lithium and some other materials for computers. The simulated mining experience is great for all ages.

The Discovery Centre is well worth a visit if open. Full of information on local mining and the timber industry. Allow about one hour to have a good look around. This is an interactive display which adults and kids will love
