Came here as a part of a winery tour, friendly staff, great tasting wine, and local handicrafts are on display for purchase. The unsealed road on the way in may put some people off but it was worth perservering for this winery.

Thank you for your encouragement to take the unsealed road, as you said great things await at the other end, not only the wines, but fabulous views across the farmland to the scarp in the East.

Decided to stop here on the way back from Busselton and very glad we did. We felt very welcomed. The wines were fantastic.

Lovely spot about 3kms down a dirt road. Excellent wines with an Italian bias. Some sweet which is unusual for WA. Interesting little shop with quilts and gifts. Clean toilets. Wine tasting and I think coffee is available.

We went there several years ago and now we were back. The owner was friendly and invited us to taste the wine. This is a family owned vineyard and named after the parrot 28, hence its name. While the adults tasted the wine, the kids...More

We almost didn't stop here but decided to on a whim. The wines were beautiful, some of the best we tried through Margaret River. The artwork and quilts were beautiful and would make lovely gifts. Everything was recently priced and it wasn't busy.

We'd had a very bad experience at a nearby winery and were looking forward to something at least a little better. We called first and the man on the phone was polite and helpful...a good start. We weren't expecting much but were happy to see...More

Host Brian is excellent value person to chat to, with a very positive attitude that will help the venture to succeed and prosper. And the Cab Sav was a delight and given another two to three years of cellaring should be truly a superb wine.
