We were nitrates to hear about the lavender production at The Lavender farm. Rob showed us around and how they harvest, dry and and distill their lavender. We purchased some very reasonably priced homemade sprays, lip balms etc and enjoyed a couple of coffees in the sun on the viewing deck.

We spent two nights camping at the Nannup Lavender Farm and it was a fantastic base whilst we were out riding a few of the local trails. Rob and Heather are very friendly with lot's of local knowledge. We had use of a toilet and rain water hot showers. Quiet evenings and starry nights. Plenty of wildlife around like Kangaroos... Nannup Lavender Farm between Nannup and Pemberton have a great range of hand made lavender products. Heather distills her own lavender oils and makes her products herself - I am so impressed, the lip balm I particularly like.

Thanks for this great review, we do make our own products as our planting is small we do need to buy in oil. Our lavender is harvested in early January and dried and made into various products like a wheat heat bag and our teddy's. Our Lip Balm is a great natural product that we make. We are only open... I was quite excited to visit the lavender farm based on the reviews I had read here. The gardens leading to the shop/cafe were decidedly unloved. The devonshire tea we bought had stale scones that were like little rocks. And while the male owner was a very interesting & informative source of information about the different types of lavender &... More

We are also disappointed that we did not meet the expectations of this customer. We are only small and as in the previous response we are NOT a sea of Blue this must be another lavender farm but not ours. We only open when the lavender is in flower and the planting is currently in the process of being replaced.... More

We were looking for some where different to camp over Easter, but being Easter every thing was booked out, over run by children and very expensive. Just by pure luck I stumbled across a wonderful web sight called "You Camp". It is where you can stay on private people's properties where many of them are off the beaten track and... More
