Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

Gabriel Chocolate is a small boutique chocolate manufacturer well located just off Caves Rd where you get a great snap shot of the entire process of creating a finished product from the raw cocoa bean. Much like the wine industry, Gabriel's chocolates are able to...More

A wonderful insight into the making of chocolate and how different beans produce different flavours of chocolate. Don't expect too much, especially any flashy chocolates. They simply produce the stuff for others to make wonders out of (or just eat by the bar). However the...More

This place makes some very seriously good chocolate and ice cream. I had the chocolate ice cream and my friend had the coffee with cocoa nibs - both were absolutely delicious but next time I will have the chocolate and orange mmmmm!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by Gabriel's. It has a nice boutique feel and the chocolate is gorgeous. I had 3 ice creams with different chocolate toppings! Lots of space for kids to run off the sugar rush!

Delicious hot chocolate and the chocolate chip cookies are a must. Was great we could let our puppy run around on the grass while we enjoyed our sugar hit.

We called in for a coffee, which turned into sensational chocolate ice cream for him, and a terrific mocha for me with quite simply the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever eaten. Don't go past - try all the different chocolate samples, but some,...More

After reading the reviews I dropped in with 4 teenagers. Had waffles and shared but they were so sickly sweet we couldn't finish them.... Too much chocolate and way toooooo sweet. Nice coffee. Bit disappointed, was expecting more.
