You can hike on the bluff trail or along the lake below the bluffs. You can not walk out onto the bluffs themselves as that is extremely dangerous, and people have died from falls and being burried in the sand. The bluff... More

No,You can actually walk down the trail to the lake and the Bluffs are beyond beautiful very much worth going Their is 2 spots to drive in the one down the road from the state park spot is free parking and much easier trail... More

Yes, you can bring dogs on leashes, but I'm pretty sure my husband read that Chimney Bluff is closed due to potential erosion issues. I hope they are able to stop the advancing damage.
