Don't bother with this ski resort. The staff is under-coordinated, and extremely unprofessional attitudes, management doesn't care. Sugar gets all the best reviews because they run a better resort, polite, and employees who bathe and don't chase customers away with the rude attitudes.
This place is magical. I have not seen so many families ( wholesome) having fun. We went to three outdoor concerts and picnics.

Really enjoyed the one hour tour with Dorothy.
It was so cool to see the yellow brick road, got some great pics.
The staff was very friendly.
The views from the sky bar and the gazebo which was part of the tour were beautiful.
That depends. Often times during a snow storm 4 wheel drive or chains are required to make it up to the town from the valley below. Usually once the storm is clear the roads are cleared not long after.
