We decided to take our 7 yr old grandson on his first fishing experience. They have a NO Catch & release so you take the fish or donate them. The sign said $2 to fish but they didn't inform us that even if you donate...More

We come from a fishing family on the NC Coast & wanted to mountain fish. This was fun & reasonably priced compared to other options. Everyone caught 2 Fish & stopped. We took them back the house & ate them. Nice experience.

After fishing at 2 different lakes while on vacation (and not catching ANYTHING), I suggested to give this place a try for the experience of eating what you catch. You can bring your own equipment or rent theirs. We had 2 adults and 2 kids...More

When people say all you have to do is drop your line in, they literally aren't kidding. We took our 15-year-old and twin 6-year-olds and they loved it. They charge by the pound, and since we were staying in a cabin we weren't quite equipped...More

Nice country drive to the trout pond. We took our own poles. Nets, buckets and bait were provided. Everyone caught fish, in 15 minutes. The staff cleaned them for us and bagged them with ice. Clean port-a-potty.

Wanted some fresh trout, found this place via google search. Made a call, Dana was very friendly and funny in the phone. Four of us caught 12lbs of fish in 30 minutes, and it was the best time! We’re eating fresh fish for dinner tonight!...More

Nice little place for kids to fish. They will clean your fish for a fee, so you might just catch your supper.

There’s not much of a challenge with these rainbow trout in the stocked pond. You can literally drop your line in & catch a fish. But it was a blast for the 11 year old and it made for a tasty dinner! Owners were awesome...More

They do not allow catch and release. I love this place but beware. 14 fish will cost about $120 all total. I recommend families just get 1 rod and take turns to make the experience last longer.

You should call ahead to verify but I think it was a per pound price.
