First let me say Falls Village lost 4 players today. We had a morning tee time and our 4 cars counted for about 40% of the cars parked, including the staff. We did not see anyone in front or was anyone behind us all day...More

We recently played the course and it has seen better days. The price is fair and the people were friendly but the course is in great need of repair. Many tee boxes are just dirt, the sand traps have no sand, the fairways have a...More

This is a fun local course with some interesting and challenging holes, some more forgiving than others. Improvements they made since I first played here a few years ago show real improvement. Greens were a little slow but in good condition.

PROS: .....despite a lot of troubles and changes in ownership, it is still in operation .....folks in the pro shop and especially the 19th hole were great .....challenging but fun course with lots of elevation change, reasonably challenging par 3's, good variation in par 4's...More

Falls Village is easy to get on, easy to play, inexpensive and an enjoyable local golf course for a nice couple hours of play.

My group plays here several times during the summer. Sometimes we hit the course and it's in fairly good shape, not so the last time out. About half the greens are burned out from summer heat and some of the tee boxes are down to...More

Friendly Pro Shop. Fun layout but some greens were in trouble. Both times I have played there, the pace was 4 HR which I appreciate. Also, the other golfers I played with were very friendly and welcoming. They were regulars at FV.

I played Falls Village with a friend who lives in Raleigh. The course has a good lay out and is an interesting assortment of holes. It is not in a housing development so it is more like an old style golf course. It is very...More

Course design was nice with both some short and long holes that require shot making , fairly tight fairways with not that many traps. Water comes into play on a few holes and some course knowledge is necessary to avoid meandering creeks crossing the fairways....More
