Great experience to those familiar with the 82d Airborne Division and should not be missed. They have updated some exhibits since my last visit and the Hall of Heroes has been completed. Do not miss the opportunity. Sincerely appreciated CW5 (Retired) Ralph Alvarez’s assistance, courtesy and friendliness. He was also very candid and helpful with suggestions on the research I... I loved taking my daughter to the 82nd Airborne War Memorial. With my daughter being a military kid I feel it's important for her to have respect for military history.

Jump School that is. Then the slide for life in December to break the ice on the creek and swim 25 yards. The Memorial and the Fort Bragg grounds are Impressive, especially 45yrs ago atthe air base there you watch a C5A, climb into the air like a lam duck full of jumpers waiting to exit down run. Alot of... More

We toured this museum with our paratrooper. We all enjoyed and appreciated the phenomenal displays, the thoroughly detailed history of our Airborne forces, and the exciting rides in this museum. A great way to spend several hours when in Fayetteville!

I am very sad to say the museum is under going change !! The "old" museum is closed to visitors and only the gift shop was open. A much smaller building next to the old museum holds 5-10% of what the original building held. The soldier manning the "new" museum did not give any reason as to why the old... More

I had spent two tours at Ft Bragg and now living in the state I couldn't wait to show off my old post to my wife. Wow! Was I ever disappointed. There's nothing indicating that the museum is in the process of moving the displays from the museum to the Hall of Heros next door. The static displays outside have... More

What an amazing place! SO much information in such a convenient place! It was all laid out so well with so much detail. I loved it. You can easily see how our service people lived and died for their country. Gave you a new awareness! Students would learn so much by visiting this museum.
