This event keeps the history of quilting alive. From small baby quilts to huge ones. The craftsmanship and colors make spring come alive. Quilts are hanging everywhere, on fences, in in front of stores, just about everywhere.

All kinds of homemade quilts to see. Beautiful patterns on them. Some you could buy for yourself or to give. Plenty to choose from. Also the musicians were a pleasure to listen to. A nice representation of the Appalachian culture.

Many beautiful quilts are on display. They are made by local artisans from many quilting groups. They are a representation of vintage patterns and uniquely designed modern patterns.
