My husband and I visited Franklin last summer. One main reason we went was to visit the Scottish Tartan Museum. It is well done with much information and many tartans to view.

Everything Scottish: This museum has hundreds of Tartans for sale as well as family history. Touring the museum is well worth your time. Open Tues thru Sun 10 to 4. Adults $4; 7 to 12 years $2; under 6 free.
