Great little winery with loads of character and personality. We had the pleasure of our tasting hosted by Charles the owner and he was full of interesting information and details about his adventures in the wine business.

Went here based on a personal recommendation from someone that had been to quite a few NC wineries. The interaction with the staff and owners on this particular day went very well, likely because we were there at the end of the day when most...More

We have been to this winery before but its been a couple of years. We like the owner and we like the wines. Especially, the dry reds. They make a nice dry Reisling as well which is different than the sweeter ones you get elsewhere.

We went just because we were in the area. Had not planned to stay long, but once we met the owner, we ended up there for 2 hours. He was so gracious and so full of stories of how each wine was named, what type...More

Charles and his staff were amazing! Dobbins has the best wines that easily beat anything from Napa Valley. The views are amazing and we are always welcome to bring our own picnic lunch. You have to try his dry riesling! It is very unique and...More

My husband and I stopped at Dobbins Creek based on a recommendation from a co-worker and after a pleasant tasting we retired to the porch to enjoy a glass each and contemplate what bottles we wanted to buy. The wine was good, don't get me...More

This is a quaint vineyard with nice wines. The staff is most helpful and friendly, the view from the front porch is picturesque. The wines are nice but I would not rate them as excellent.

This winery didn't look like much from the outside. Inside, it was beautiful. All wood & the stone fireplace was gorgeous! The lady pouring our wine tastes was very nice and told us stories of how the wines & names of the wines came about....More
