What a phenomenal experience. Very small towne home feeling. We arrived early and got to chat with the Rob and Elizabeth while they got the horse ready. My daughter rides back at home and talked their ears off about what she knew already, they totally engaged with her in joy. We did an hr and a half ride with Elizabeth and she made me feel completely at ease since its been over 15 years since I've ridden. She was so knowledgeable and we chatted the entire ride. The horses were so sweet and definitely seemed to love what they do. I'm so happy I choose this stable for our trip and having the chance I wouldnt hesitate to go back. …

We enjoyed a great ride with our 8 year old through the forest. The guide, taught our daughter all about horses. We all had a blast and really appreciated the guide taking the time to entertain our daughter in addition to how well run the stables are.

My daughter and I had a great ride through the national forest. Our guide, Beth, was the best. We will return in the future. The horses seem to be well loved and cared for.

This ride might be a bit of a bore for those more experienced BUT it is lovely nonetheless! The staff is sweet and the horses are great hooves to tail. We will be back in the winter for hopefully a snowy trail ride. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Booked the Waterfall Trail ride for 8 people for 1.5 hours advertised online for $55/head. Never corrected me or told me the updated pricing when I booked over the phone. Rained that day, so we had to go on a different trail. Basically went nose-to-butt up a non-scenic hill (just trees and an Indian burial site-- no waterfall, streams or scenic lookouts) and back down and felt like we kept stopping to let our horses eat grass to waste time to make it an hour and half ride, even though the second half was completely pouring down on us in the rain and unenjoyable (not their fault-- can't help rain). Charged us $70+/head, but basically did the Summit Trail. Not that the price was a big deal, but they claimed their site is "under construction and they always clarify before booking", but they did not and having experience managing websites, I know it doesn't take long to update prices online or better yet, just take them off for good business practice/ethics. Rob and our guide were very nice and the horses were sweet, but again-- this isn't about the actual price, but extremely disappointed in the way they false advertised, handled things and the experience we had. They basically didn't care once they got their money and just wanted to get people in/out and over with. They know our large family is a repeat customer who often brings other family and friends each visit. Since we have worked with them in the past, we just knew we did not get the experience we paid for and our repeat business didn't seem to mean anything to them. Just very disappointed.…
