We had such a lovely times visiting the Ethel James Chase Bridge at Pearson Falls in Saluda NC. It's an uphill walk along a winding creek. There are small rapids & falls along the way. The bridge to Pearson Falls. Located between Tryon and Saluda, NC. A short stroll from parking lot to Falls with some stairs along the way. Park admittance fee is $5.00 per person.

A great spot for a scenic day trip, picnic or treat for out-of-town guests. Trail is well maintained and not difficult, with a view of the fast-moving river the entire way.
